Even if you are fed up with your job, hate your co workers and don’t want to continue for the next day or even if you are about to be fired, it is difficult to resign delicately. Following are some points to consider before you resign from the job.

Don’t resign unless you have a job offer: This is one of the most important tip. Be practical; never resign unless you have a job offer. The successful persons always put their plan in place first and then resign.

Don’t resign before thoroughly weighing the new job opportunity: Never resign unless you have understood your responsibilities in the next company thoroughly. Also take notice of offered salaries and expenses. Discuss your idea with your friends and industry expertise.

Be professional in resigning: Never leak out any shared information during your job. This is a type of theft and it’s liable to be punished by a court of law.

Don’t resign for bad review: Bad reviews give you a chance to overcome your shortcomings in the job and get better. If you feel that you are unable to manage, these reviews will even then give you a considerable time to plan a positive and graceful exit.

If things are not going according to your plan in your first few days in a new position, don’t panic. Resist your urge to have a dramatic decision or have a sudden judgment. Entry level

This category is quite underestimated and is usually considered for a new or fresh candidate.  But many of the people who are in workforce for five years or less can fall under the umbrella of entry level jobs.

When applying for an entry-level job,allow your individuality and enthusiasm shine. Entry level job is just about what suits best to your personality,  basic skills, eye contact, good communication and a sign of genuineness  and eagerness are basics in having entry-level jobs.

Midlevel

This is for job seekers who have some experience in the market. The position in a mid level has totally different demands. A midlevel manager typically directs departments, people, projects or functions as well as budgets.
